Goldenstate College formalized a significant international partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Da-Yeh University on May 5, 2026, held at the universityโs campus in Taiwan. The agreement marks a step forward in expanding academic collaboration and global engagement between the two institutions.
Representing Goldenstate College were College President Dr. Warren A. Manilay, MNSA, Ed.D., Ph.D.; Dr. Ferdinand A. Alcantara, Ed.D., School Administrator; and Dr. Richard F. Fermocil, Ph.D., from the Office of Academic Affairs. Their presence underscored the institutionโs commitment to forging strong international linkages.
The MOU outlines cooperation in key areas such as student and faculty exchange, joint research initiatives, academic programs, and the conduct of seminars and conferences. It also promotes cultural exchange and the sharing of academic resources to enhance learning opportunities for both institutions.
